Text messages not working
Our text messages are not currently working. We cannot send or receive them at the moment. If you have sent us a text within the last month and did not get a response, please call us at 207-324-4440, or send us an email at info@mainestove.com. We are still working with our phone company to get this issue resolved. Thank you.
Heating Season Reminders
· The products we sell/service are not meant to be your primary heat source. This time of year it can be a week or more before we are able to get to you for service, and with parts shortages and delays, it can be even longer, so please make sure your home’s main heating source (furnace, monitor, boiler etc.) has fuel and is in good repair.
· The phone is very busy this time of year, and I answer it by myself. If I am not able to answer when you call, PLEASE leave a message. I PROMISE I will call you back. Please do not call repeatedly, and please don’t leave several messages. I return every single voicemail I get, as quickly as I can. I appreciate your patience! -Tania
